First off, no I am not a dietitian, but I do know what MY body needs and what it does not need. My life is anything but calm and I must eat the right foods to stay energized throughout the day. Not only am I a teacher, but also a grad student. That's right I am going to school AND working a full time job, as well as creating quality time with my family and friends. With my busy schedule, I plan healthy meals that I can fit into my lifestyle.
